The lady "helping" me, Mia, was soooo rude. Not just to me but to every person that talked to her. She had a nasty, mean attitude, would respond to questions in a mocking, condescending tone and overall was just totally lacking basic customer service skills. At least I feel like she didn't have anything personally against me since I heard her treat other customers with the same rude tone. I just hope my package gets to its destination, seriously.

Negative stars needed.  They drove up, dumped 2 packages out their door  in the middle of the driveway in the sun, and drove off.  No attempt was made to walk 50 feet to the door.  Very poor service.

They must love my angry face judging by how often I have to go all the way down there to find out they lost ANOTHER one of my packages. It's cliche, I know, but if I could give negative stars, I would. When are we switching to FedEx only?

The worst PO in the World and I know the World. 
They kept my returning package hostage for 5 days before our friendly postwoman come back on schedule. 
I have scheduled pickup for yesterday. Today the office is already close and package is still waiting for pickup. With Easter weekend coming, looks like they are planning to take 5 days to pick up as well. 
Each time I call supervisor with complain, all I get is rude excuse.
