Mailman delivered the wrong package. Happened a few times... Please read the number on mails before deliver.

Post office was nice but not for mail man...Deviled packages to wrong house every damn time. Please read the number correctly... or too lazy to find the right house. "DELIVERED, LEFT WITH INDIVIDUAL" on the website, but I was at home and mailman did not knock the door. =.=

For a post office this is pretty nice. Adequate parking most of the time. Access is only from one direction on Alvarado-Niles rd. You have to make a u-turn from the other direction. Minor inconvenience as there is a traffic light just past the entrance to the parking lot. 

Very large postal box area. This post office has a pass port office. I do not know how bad the lines get as I have never been to this location when the pass port office is open. There was no line waiting for the office to open. That is not the case at the Dusterberry post office.

Called me with a private number (figured it when he sent me a voicemail and left me the number i could just understand to call back). Just to tell me that he can’t do anything and i should go to another post office. I’m changing addresses and I live out of state now and Sacramentos post office was able to do the same task ASAP his post office needs to do for my mail to flow in my new address . How can you be this bad in customer service or Not knowing what to do and still have a job????

I had a package due for delivery worth money. I stayed home that day to make sure to be there but my carrier gave it to someone else to deliver because she "can't climb stairs". It never arrived. I called and was on hold 1 1/2 hrs. This isn't the first time. Awful place

After passing mails this mail guy smokes on the side of my house for 15 mins then go . How dare him smoking what a bad example a USPS workers.. he delivered mail in union city ca Santa Monica way .. I guess you know who’s this worker
