I recently moved to the area and visited this post office yesterday to pick up a package. It was tastefully decorated for the holiday season, line was short and moving quickly, and people working there seemed happy and were friendly and helpful. Not like my old post office.

I get that all USPS workers are unionized, but that should not give them an excuse to be rude, condescending and demeaning to its customers. This branch in Saratoga is a disappointment and the USPS should seek to improve the operations here.

Much to the surprise of this USPS location, Saratogans are not idiots, we will file formal complaints and we will not tolerate poor service.

The counter people here seem rather unconcerned about the customers.  My real unhappiness, though, is about the hours that this post office is open on Saturday.  I was notified about a parcel that was delivered today and I arrived at 1:15pm to find that they had closed.  What kind of 'business' closes at 1:00 on Saturday?  How do they expect to compete with real businesses - especially during the holiday season?

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RUDE PEOPLE! With the exception for Tony! I came in to purchase a po box and from the first mention of it everyone got weird! The lady said, well did you fill out an app" so I said where do I get one and she said "from us" Okay GREAT that's why I'm here! Then I filled out the app and handed it back then she said, " well ma'am this part is for us to fill out not you!" I said here is  the info I used you can verify its correct. She again said well we have to do it. Mind you the application says right above "applicant to fill out ID type and number" 
Last I checked I was the applicant. I asked her what the problem was and why she was being difficult with me then she snaps "I'm going to go get a supervisor."OK GREAT! Supervisor never came out (heard him say, what am I supposed to do about it?")but Tony stepped into help! Snap, done! If this location wasn't all about convenience I'd never come back!

I've been coming to this post office for many years and I have always found, the people working there to be very helpful in doing there best to 
accommodate the many personalities that they encounter
