September 5th, 2017 @ 9:00am. Waited in line for 20 minuets. One clerk, line to the door. After 20 minutes I walked out. This is the nearest PO to my work without going out of the way. This service happens about 95% of the time. Does anyone higher up read these reviews? If it were a private business it would have been boarded up long ago. Someone needs to do something to fix this branch. If I could give a 0 or a negative I would.

I go to the post office to turn in a passport during their website stated "walk in hours" to be pointed to a printed up sign that says "By appointment only." Typically government fashion. When I recommend they contact the main branch to have their hours corrected I get a "sure" from the man working the counter. Will never go back.

I receive my neighbors mail all the time and wonder where my mail is being delivered.  I've been waiting for a delivery that per the tracking info says it was delivered on Wed, Jun 21 but I am still waiting for that package.  Wonder which neighbor received my package! I do a lot of online shopping and QVC and Amazon must be wondering as well since I always have to have things reshipped! Very frustrated!!!!!!!

I've had two experiences in the last 10 months where the post office stated they tried to deliver something and left a notice! Both times were lies! No knock or notices left on door and to top it off I was home the entire day waiting on the packages both times!

This is the 2nd time in 6 months where I was having a package delivered and the delivery person was too lazy to actually deliver the package. They didn't even leave a notice. I had to go online and track it to see why it didn't come when it was supposed to. The WORST part of all of this is I have a USPS online account and released the package to be left at my door regardless if I was home or not. Carrier obviously either ignored or didn't bother checking.
