Very snotty and not helpful at all! After going there to renew my passport and the desk person reviewing it and saying it was okay.  I just got it back  in the mail saying that I used the wrong form.  She couldn't have told me that?  Now I have to pay again to send it to the government.  I will avoid the Solon post office whenever I can!

I would like to shout out to Diane at the Solon Post office. I order from Amazon regularly and for the first time I didn't receive a package after notified it was delivered (we are all human, mistakes happen). Diane went above and beyond to find the package and save the day! After a couple of days, she even went out to the area it was delivered to investigate. Turns out it was delivered in error to a near by business. She scooped it up and even brought it to me at work. I'm giving her 5 stars :-) Thanks Diane!!
