The staff is very knowleadgeable and friendly. I met the postmaster as well and he's very nice and took the time to answer some business mail questions I had. I see them almost every day to do my business drop offs and I consistently get excellent service.

I haven't had a bad experience here they are extremely helpful. Yes there can be times you have to waut a bit in a line but they do things as fast as they can I dont see them just bs chatting to pass time they are getting things done

I wish there was a way to give them a zero star. I drove up to this location this morning to inquire about getting a passport for my son since the phone was busy. I was told by the clerk that the cutoff time for passports is 3:45 pm. I took my son out of school and got to the location at 3:15 pm to be told that I cannot get the passport today because they are 3 people ahead of me to be processed and he gets off at 4 pm. Wow!!! I could not believe my ears. The family behind me was given the same information on the phone earlier and they had 2 kids they pulled out of school. It was not concern to this individual that kids had to be pulled out of school and the fact that we were standing there 45 minuted prior to closing. Tax payers money being used greatly and where is customer service?

No one can tell me where the rest of my mail is. I've been waiting for 4 weeks. Did a change of address a month ago.

Always busy at the office. They also do passports just in case you need one.
