Worst place ever dont answer phone its not like we all have a car to go down there! My mail never gets to me it always gets returned and i have to find a way to the facility who sent me it and pick up in person. Might as well not be a post office if this is who your gonna work do it right!!!

Never deliver when they are supposed to. I get delivered in mailbox email and Its not in my mail box. Loose packages . Never anwser phones . The rare occasions that someone anwsers the phones they are friendly tho and try to help me . I just wish the mail carriers were organized and stoped lying about delivering my packages when they know they did not.

Never answer the phone. Rude when you go in. Lazy. Never have the same problems with FedEx or UPS. A pillar of government ineptitude.

Just like every other complaint on here. -They never answer their phones -The employees are super incompetent and lazy -The employees are rude -They will lose you package, can't deliver it, or have no idea where it is. You'll wait in line for ages because two of them are standing around talking/laughing for a while until one finally decides to help. Although the help you get is kind of useless, because they don't know anything and can't seem to find any package. Just cross your fingers and hope to God you don't get a USPS package in this area - they're too lazy to even drop a package at your door.

With what little communication I've been able to establish I've been met with rudeness and condescension. That is, however, when they actually answer the phone. Being a business that's closed on Saturdays they didn't deliver the package and instead kept it at the Post Office. The item I've ordered, which typically is sent to businesses on the next business day, is currently MIA. Trying to call the Post Office over several hours I have been met with nothing: for whatever reason they have decided that they just don't want to answer the phone. I can't leave work to resolve the issue but they won't answer so I can't determine whether or not my package is even there (and the situation is ongoing). While I have had great experiences with USPS in the past, dealing with this location is nothing short of infuriating.
