Rude, incompetent, unhelpful, and do not know the meaning of quality customer service. Plus, they do not know how to fix a vehicle! Read their petty responses trying to redeem themselves if you want but save yourself trouble, time, and money and do NOT give this place business!

The bad reviews I've read here seem to be written to be vindictive rather than objective.  My experience has been nothing but straight honest dealings with University.  In fact, today my battery died and I brought it in, and he discovered that I still had some warranty on it, so it saved me $60.  Another time, a vacuum pump failed and rather than being faced with a $500 bill, they fixed it for free because the warranty on the pump was still active.  I recommend University to everyone I know, I feel that they are honest in their assessments and their pretty nice guys as well.  Just my opinion, but I would read the critical reviews posted here as, well, incorrect.

These people are scammers .I called them to check the price for an oil change with bringing my own oil and they said it was $19.99, when I got to their location, he tried to rip me off by charging me $23 before tax. When I mentioned to him that I was told it was $19.99 he acted like he didn't know blaming the system for not being up-to-date . Avoid them by any chance .Scammers .

I have had a very bad experience at this shop. They don't care about the customer. A few month ago I did my oil change. On my way out I slightly scratched one of the mechanics pick up truck (a minor scratch on the front, left-side, bumper). The mechanic, who just changed my oil, started yelling and cursing at me as if I did it intentionally. After I gave him my insurance information, I apologized and left. What amazed me was his sheer disregard to the fact that I was a regular customer at the shop. I can tell you for sure that they will not see me again.

Great friendly stuff! Today I just stop by to see how much it would cost to fix a loose bumper. Mike fixed it right away, and did not charge me anything! I appreciate their service. Will go back there for sure!
