Front desk is rude and will hang up on you. Carriers don't deliver packages and wrongly enter reasons why.

Have had plenty of business with this post office over the years since I moved to Leavenworth be it personal or business shipping. If I have ever had a problem someone there has always done their best to make it right or contact me. Packages can be frustrating but these guys always make sure to try and give you great service.

Called two weeks ago and was told that our carrier had not taken the mail out of our mailbox ; that if he did he would have left a note. Told to file police report . Called again after we didn't get mail delivered. Told the same thing. Two weeks later
Called after we got a message about a
Package not being able to be delivered and now they say well we didn't know if you lived there we returned the mail because no came
To claim it. When we told them
We'd been calling they said oh well no
Claimed it we don't know how you would have known to come get it since
No note
Was left oops. Seriously?!  We did our part And they didn't leave a note. How is that our problem? You don't just stop delivering mail everyday because one day it was full.

Being in the Military, I have experienced a lot of different post offices and this one is definitely in the top three if not the best that I have dealt with...EVER. ALL of the clerks are awesome, even going so far as to change the location of package pickups for me from their FT. Leavenworth annex to this office to assist me in picking something up that I could not due to one construction worker not allowing me into the base post office. That is a different story, but my point is that Every singly employee at this location will go above and beyond for their customers...which is rarely the case anywhere...let alone from the USPS!

Can never get anyone on the phone and some of the carriers are extremely rude and will write on your mail. So much for wrapping the gift I bought for someone in the mailing package it's been defaced.

Can't even call to complain about this RUDE mail man since he told my 13 year old step son to control our dog who was 10+ feet away from him on a leash and simply barking.

This office needs to get it stuff together.
