Went in today and had the worst experience. Needed help shipping to an army base in Germany and asked shanda for help and got none, she said “well it is what it says “ wow. Thanks a lot. It’s only my first time shipping and filling out  customs forms.

Nice staff members. I appreciate them being open late (til 8pm) during the week, so even if I procrastinate in taking care of my business, they’re there!!

Had to follow up everyday for a week with these people, after they delivered my package to the wrong house. Took them 3 days, after telling me over and over it "shows delivered, and the carrier hit the map icon", they finally REALLY read the damn thing, and saw it was delivered to 25xxx residence, instead of MY residence, at 26xxx. Then it takes another WEEK of me calling and following up, being told i'll get a call FOR SURE the next day, and never getting a call, for me to make it in the office and get a answer. THEN, the supervisor i had spoke with on the phone, SHANNON, wouldn't even come out to talk to me, or offer an explanation as to why it took so long. All i was told was that my package couldn't be retrieved and that i'd have to follow up with my vendor. This is a christmas gift, and i shouldn't have to be chasing packages around like this. ABSOLUTELY the worst experience i've ever had with any government office, and probably some of the worst customer service i've ever experienced. I hope these people are disciplined for this. UPS never loses my package or delivers it to the wrong house.

The folks are generally very friendly and helpful.  It's nice when it's not crowded. Although, it can get very crowded and be a long wait (20-30 minutes).
