Was apprehensive after seeing such scathing reviews, but came here out of necessity and was greeted by very friendly postal workers, and then given prompt and attentive service. It took 2 weeks for me to get a mailbox key after applying and paying, but the office is clearly understaffed and overworked so I can't really blame the employees.

Writing this just to counter negative reviews. Yes the service can be slow and sometimes tellers will be tired. It's a post office. People are working in customer service all day and they do the best they can. Are you tipping them for star service? No? Then stop being drama queens. Sometimes you got to wait in line.

I've had a POBox here for over 7 years. The staff is nice and helpful, but when I need the mail forwarded, it doesn't work so well

I might as well have been at the DMV. I spent my whole lunch break here just to pick up One package. I actually had to leave before I could get my package because it took so long. Absolutely rediculous, I highly recommend avoiding this branch.

Post Office needs more employees like Liz, she was friendly and helpful and it's clear she cares about her customers.
