Every time i've been there, there has been a line, but it moves pretty quickly. And the people who work there are always nice and have a great attitude.

I was commissioned to do a pair of earrings. I mailed them out for overnight shipping along with a 2nd pair of earrings as a gift. No updates since the package was checked into the post office at 10:54am Friday, Jan 26th. Then I wake up this morning to find it says the package was delivered to the mailbox at 11:40am Friday. But that is a lie. My customer did not receive their package. Not only that but the package was to have a signature required NOT be placed in a mailbox! I am beyond livid.

At this point I'm past upset! over a year ago ,I changed my address. Only my son's address and mine. My husband stopped receiving his mail. After a few months of no mail, We contacted Los Gatos postal office. I explained what the changes were and who still was in the home. I was told it would be fixed. A few weeks later I next day aired a package to him. It was a Friday he did not receive till Monday! I paid for over night, I figured ok something must of happened. Then it happened again a few weeks later. I was arguing with the post office in Los Angeles county ,being that I paid twice for over night and they weren't delivered on time... We went back n forth between Los Gatos and Los Angeles, finally it was admitted that mail man @ Los Gatos had scanned my packages with wrong gun and I was refunded for both. Now I go to my auto insurance office and they hand me returned mail and my auto insurance about to be cancelled since insurance company is getting returned mail, therefore they think I'm being deceitful of my garaging address. my insurance will be cancelled if this happens again. I was on hold for 40 min yesterday to speak to post master on this, then I got disconnected. Angry!!!!!

Great small town post office. The prices are the same as San Jose and you get a cool address.
