We have been given a notice, left in our mailbox TWICE, regarding a certified mail package.NO ONE has come to our door to deliver, note left in the mailbox TWICE. We are still waiting for the delivery. The note stated the mail will be returned on March 4, 2018. I did call the 800 number to have the item delivered on February 27, 2018.

The ABSOLUTE WORST post office I've ever dealt with. The mail carrier's do not do their job. I've been waiting on a certified letter for over a week and they refuse to get out of the mail truck to knock on my door so i can sign for it. They are lazy and would rather sit in the truck and fill out a redelivery slip only to never actually redliver it. I scheduled 4 different redeliveriers andi still haven't gotten the letter. Not knowing this was a letter from my daughter's registration for her school she has now been banned from going because i never received the letter they sent informing me i needed to get a document to them. This whole post office is an absolute joke and they all need to be fired if they keep up the awful work or lack thereof up.

Never answers phone calls, carrier leaves notes for pickup even when we're home. One time noted that we had a dog on our porch, while we were home, and left a redelivery form on the front door, where the dog supposedly was. Another time I filled out the redelivery form only to get another one the next day. Any private sector company would have cleaned house by now in this office. Really, I'm not surprised to see a rating this low on this office, I'm actually more surprised it's not lower, and reading the other reviews, this seems to be how they've consistently been doing business for years.

Rude, US PO Doesn't even care. Go to Emerson US PO. So friendly and helpful. Shame on you ACWORTH US PO!!!!!👎😡

The staff here are much more friendly than other post offices I've gone to. The wait usually isn't too bad and the employees are helpful.
