Abhorrent service. I shipped out and paid for an express delivery four days ago to another state, and it is still in Atlanta. I wish it were possible to give a lower score.

I Never get my mail. mail carrier delivering mail a 8 pm. Hire someone else wth is wrong with this world. Hire some people with respect people who answer the phone are rude. If you hate your job that bad go find another one. I want my mail that you Usps are stealing and misplacing and can be prosecuted for.

Absolute worst usps in the country. They REFUSE to NOT deliver to a business on weekends or after 5pm and routinely lose items or box contents (mysteriously) disappear!! They should fire them all at this PO from the top down and start over!!

I am not entirely sure if any of the staff members have changed since the previous reviews of the office, but my experience certainly wasn't a terrible one. I ordered a very expensive item from Amazon on Thursday, November 23rd, 2017. I chose two-day shipping, so my package was expected to arrive on Sunday (November 26th). On Sunday morning, the last update through the USPS tracking was that my package has arrived at the local carrier, and was "In-Transit." That night I called Amazon customer service, and explained that I had to be at work before 8:00 pm, and that I would not be home to sign for the package in the event the carrier was running late. They contacted USPS and the delivery date changed to Monday. When I checked the USPS tracking on Monday, the status of the package had changed to "Out for Delivery," with a timestamp of Sunday, November 26th, 2017, at 10:03 am. The estimated delivery was by Wednesday, November 29th. I called Amazon customer service again that night, and explained that I wouldn't be home. They contacted USPS and I requested that my package be left at my front door if I was not home. The package never came. On Tuesday, I called the USPS office myself, and explained to them what was going on. She did not find the package in their office, and asked for my name and number. She told me she would call the carrier with my package, and then call me back, and let me know what was going on. I waited over an hour for a return phone call, and never received one. I called them back and asked for an update. The same woman I had spoken to before had answered my call. She told me, "I said I would call you back *tomorrow.* I can't call the carriers right now, especially that one because he won't answer the phone." She said that she would call me back, as though she had meant it would only be a few minutes, not the following day. She had said nothing about waiting for the carriers to return to the office before contacting them, or the time she would get back to me. I got in contact with another Amazon customer service representative, and they again contacted the USPS office. They said they were going to re-schedule my delivery date for the following day. Was my package still at the office...? I asked if I could just pick the package up instead, I only live about fifteen minutes from the office. They confirmed that I could go pick up the package. When I got to the office, the employees there weren't exactly rude, they just seemed to the point and tired. Some might take that as rude, which is understandable, but I didn't feel that I was mistreated in any way. The employee that helped me was very polite and helpful. She searched their office and could not find my package, and told me that it had been rescheduled for delivery and was with a carrier. She called the carrier and he offered to meet me in the subdivision he was currently mailing, and I could pick up my package if I wished. So I picked up my package, and he was very polite and understanding. I've not had any other issues with this office. All of my other packages have arrived on time, and have not had a problem. None of the office employees that i met in person were explicitly rude or unhelpful, they're just straightforward people to me. I can chock up my package being late to it being a Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend, and the office having an excess amount of packages and shipments. There was nothing too bad about this office; I've experienced a lot worse!

They refuse to deliver some packages citing “needs a signature” even though I know it doesn’t !! They sent one of my packages back to Africa because my “address doesn’t exist,” which was my absolute favorite. It took 2 months to get that package. Lazy, discourteous, horrible office. I NEVER had these issues ANYWHERE I’ve ever lived ! Africa has better postal service and they don’t even have physical addresses like ours !!! You have ONE JOB MAIL PERSON ! DROP OFF MY PACKAGES, NOT NOTES. I work 3 jobs and can’t always take off work because y’all screw my mail up all of the damned time !!
