Today, I went to the Webb Bridge 30005 location to pick up a Signature Required package at 8:34am. Gloria Daniels was the only one working up front. I witness her professionalism during my 50 minutes wait (not her fault). She handled the constant stream of incoming customers (including some rude ones) quickly (average 2-3 minutes wait) and efficiently (serving 2-4 customers at once) without losing focus on any of the multiple customers that she was serving in parallel, and she consistently exhibit politeness and professionalism, with a smile. I have seen a lot of good customer service personnel, but her performance is way above and beyond average even when under stress. I congratulate USPS for having Gloria. To say that she is outstanding is an understatement.

The staff at this location definitely doesn’t care about your mail. Lost a package at this location and after a month seems they were never even going to look for it. When asked about the progress of the search they rudely replied, “well for all we know you never even sent it out”. Even though I definitely did send it out. So great job USPS, seems like your employees can just do whatever with packages without insurance that were dropped in the bin and not scanned at the counter. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. * I will gladly revise this up to three stars if they at least showed some sort of effort toward finding my lost mail.

Poor service, one person working the front and she has an attitude because she the only one helping out the all the customers, manager isn't around to help at all. After being closed for a holiday you would think they had help. They need proper management.

I am sharing this complaint here in hopes of informing future customers, management, and the corporate office about the unprofessional and crass behavior of the employees at this location. I've been paying for the po box/physical address service at this location for over 3 years. Nonetheless, over the last 6 months I’ve had several problems where pieces of mail and whole packages have gone missing for weeks. I had a packaged delivered on 12/20 at 11:19 AM. An employee by the name of "OPRASEUTH" signed for the package. I checked my box that day for the package and it was not there. I went back on 12/21 in the early afternoon, the package still hadn't been sorted. I returned again at 3:54 PM where I stood in line to inquire about my package. I had this misfortune of being assisted by GLORIA DANIELS whose behavior was extremely unprofessional, erratic, and aggressive. After looking in the back for 5 minutes she returned to tell me that she did not see the package and she believe that the package was not in their possession. Befuddled, I immediately challenged saying that OPRASEUTH had already signed it. She then told me that she "didn't see the package and they did not have the package in their possession." Once she decided that she was not going to assist me any further, she became even more irate and combative to the point of insinuating physical violence muttering things under her breath. I waited for the supervisor Sheila to come out to assist me. I was equally disappointed by the service I received from the manager. When I noticed that both Sheila and Gloria spoke with other customers respectfully and with a calm tone, I requested that they treat me with that same respect. I explained all of what happened to Sheila who told me that even though OPRASEUTH signed for the package, I had to call UPS to get a USPS tracking number. I called right away. When Shelia returned after retreating for 15+ minutes, I asked the UPS representative to explain to the supervisor of this post office why she was unable to provide me with an additional USPS tracking number. The representative stated that since OPRASEUTH had already signed for it, they could not provide me with this additional tracking number. Now extremely pleasant and calm, Sheila thanked the representative and instructed me to “hold on another moment while she checked for the package in one more place.” At this point, I had been in the post office for over 1 hour trying to not knowing if the package had been misplaced, lost, or stolen as Gloria initially suggested. Moments after the supervisor left, Gloria returned to the counter with my package. Neither the supervisor nor Gloria ever apologized for the inconvenience, the delay in mail distribution, or their unwillingness to find the package that an employee had in fact signed for. In fact, when I requested to speak back with Sheila, she refused to come back out. This isn’t the first, second, or third time this post office has mismanaged an important piece of mail. The level of misinformation that I received from the employees and their disregard for the items that I paid for is appalling. I wholeheartedly believe that this should be brought to management’s attention. I am unsure what the training process is like for this location but I have never been subjected to this kind of unprofessional, immature, and violent behavior in my life. I strongly urge you to review the tapes where Gloria can be seen yelling and behaving extremely erratically, even after I asked her to speak to me in a civilized tone. I am extremely disappointed knowing that this sort of behavior from employee’s is being supported at this location. As a paying and loyal customer of over 3 years at this location and a decade at several other post office’s across the United States, I believe that it is my duty to bring this to your attention. I will look forward to hearing back from you and hope that we can arrive at a satisfactory conclusion soon.

Awful management. One window open on busy Thursday afternoon after bad weather. No assistance within the line that is out the door. Like Russia wanting food in the 80s.
