I am so disgusted with the mail delivery service at my residence.  My regular carrier is great but when she is out I don't get mail.  I have lived at this address for 17 years and the last 4 months has been a nightmare.  I caught the substitute carrier as he passed my driveway and he said he didn't know it was there handed me my mail.  I told him there was outgoing mail in the box.  He rewarded me by throwing it away which in turn cost me over $100.00 in late fees.  One day it was thrown in my driveway and I found the rest of it the next day in my pasture.  There is no excuse for this!!!!  They get paid very well to deliver mail!!

I’m getting so tired of getting another address’s mail and not getting my own mail until super late because it was delivered to the wrong address. Even my college diploma came late because another address received it and wrote on the package “wrong address”. Now I have a bank card 7days late!! It’s one thing to happen once in a while. But this is getting to be frequent. And my mail person texting in my driveway, successfully blocking it, not cool. I can’t even call anyone about this because it’s an hour wait on the phone...

This is my favorite Post Office and not just because it is real close by. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They do an excellent job of helping their customers with the most cost effective method to ship out packages and general information.. They do a great job with the post office boxes too I have noticed. My stuff is in my box right when expected. Nice Job.

Very recently, they have started to assign someone to assist people immediately when they get in line.  This helps take care of quick issues and dramatically decreases wait times. It also helps better prepare people for when they make it up to the counter. I have yet to wait beyond 12 minutes for service at peak times.

Shoutout to Pamela for helping me get on my way faster today. She was cordial and took care of the package immediately. THANK YOU!

Definitely came at a popular time! Staff was very efficient and the line kept moving. They have shark stamps!
