I LOVE the staff at this office and my mail carrier is amazing!! However I don’t like to go to this office much because the parking is bad and it’s in a rougher part of town.  I’m giving 5 stars alone because the staff really are wonderful.  If you treat them with respect and kindness that’s what you’ll receive.  This has been our home post office for years and we’ve never had any problems.

This is a good post office. I think it has bad reviews because people just dont like their policies, which has nothing to do with the staff that work there. They get the job done and are patient if you have questions

I am SO disheartened, I understand it’s the holidays and packages were backed up, but all of my packages got here on time except the one that was last tracked at this location at 7AM then sat here for 2 days. Now it’s Christmas and my Husband won’t be getting this beautiful gift because apparently it was forgotten or neglected. Again, I understand it’s the holidays, but I ordered this package in advance and it was going to be on time until it hit Texas. At each Texan post office it would sit for 2 days. This happened at 3 different Texas Post Offices(why it wasn’t just sent to me idk)then it gets to Killeen and again just sits there! Had I known this would happen I would’ve just picked it up myself, but I had no idea a VERY small package would somehow get left despite it was more than enough time before Christmas for it to be delivered. Really hoping I get my package as soon as the trucks’ engines are hot enough to deliver packages because this is beyond ridiculous the post off barely 2 miles from me let me package sit there for 2 days. Thanks a lot.

Horrible Service if you can avoid it please do. My mail is often delivered to the wrong address and so are my packages. When dealing with this office expect bad customer service, inconsistency, and long wait times. Don't bother calling you will be on hold like I was for 45 mins with no answer.

Just can't get anyone on the phone.  I'm trying to solve one issue and have sat on hold for 30 minutes or more multiple times over two weeks.  Still haven't been able to talk to anyone about finding my mail so that's fantastic.
