I called about an amazon package that amazon indicated had been attempted but failed delivery. The person answering the phone would not look it up saying she wasn’t where she could look it up. She lectured and did not listen to my concern. Her manner was unfriendly and unconcerned. She then indicated she would look it up when she could get to it and put me on hold for 25 minutes before I finally hung up. They do not deliver mail to that physical address although UPS and FEDEX do. I had no say in the carrier selection and had been told a PO Box could not be used by the seller. 

I decided just to buy the item again and send it to another area where I don’t have to deal with that post office. Lago Vista post office is much friendlier and more accommodating than this one. 

I wouldn’t have the difficulty if they delivered mail to my street address. .....But they will let me put a box about 3/4 mile away and risk other people going through mail with no package delivery ability that way either. This is Marble Falls.

Drove 45 minutes to Marble Falls TX post office to get my Passport.   Katelyn was so helpful and considerate.  Took picture,went thru paper work and paid all in less than 30 minutes.   Best service I have ever received at a post office.   Great job!!!!

We came to this office to process our passport application. They were so friendly and helpful. Katelyn was great. We were in and out in about 10 minutes.

Have had multiple packages not delivered even while someone was at home. Packages that are shipped and paid to be overnighted are not being delivered. 

Ordered a car seat online to be delivered to the house. Received a notice that it was at the post office. After having to go and pick up the car seat from the post office, we were told that it wouldn't fit in the driver's car... it's a car seat, it's meant to fit in all cars. The woman behind the desk helping my mother-in-law (because I'm 6 months pregnant and can't carry it... hence the reason of having it delivered to the house) told her that she needed to understand "that he has more packages than just yours and he couldn't fit it in his car". 

I'm not sure why it's our fault that the driver has a car that can't carry the packages to be delivered to those who pay for the option of having it delivered. Then not one person at the post office offered to help my mother-in-law carry the car seat to the car.

I have visited this facility twice with my children to attempt to apply and renew our passports. The first time we were turned away because their hours for passports are different than their hours for postal. This is not posted anywhere until you enter the building so we had no idea. We were sent away, no explanation or further information was given other than the very rude attendant who said, you're 9 minutes late, we're done for the day. We returned today, all documents in hand, plenty of time prior to closing, and were again turned away because we weren't "early enough"
Extremely rude people who only give no detailed information so that our hour drive there could be a successful one. And they don't care. I have booked an appointment with Johnson City, an additional 30 minutes away, but who was very nice and helpful over the phone. I will not waste my time with Marble Falls PO ever again.
