Sale floor manager CJ went above and beyond to get us the incredible deal we settled with. I would recommend coming here if you're looking for a great deal on a used vehicle! Also enjoyed working with Salesman Lilo who contacted us and brought this dealership to our attention. We loved our experience at Karl Malone Mitsubishi! I heard they help those who need to get out from under an upside down loan on an unreliable vehicle. We had tried with other dealerships and the monthly payment would have been way out of our league. With Karl Malone, I called a few days ahead and sent information about our current vehicle and financial situation and then filled out an application online and made an appointment to come in. When we arrived, they had already chosen a vehicle they felt would work for our family and they had it up front waiting. We took it for a test drive and starting go over numbers and paperwork (which they had previously figured). They gave us more than the blue book value on our trade in and dropped the price of the new vehicle down so that we didn't have too much negative equity to rollover and then they worked it so that our payment was still an a range we were comfortable with. The salesman was kind, patient, and helpful. The finance manager was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. The whole process took less than two hours which is the fastest time ever for me in purchasing a new car. I would recommend Karl Malone Mitsubishi to anyone!

Worst people to try and get a hold of when you need help. Trying to cancel the additional protection coverage I have, and have called over 10 times, not being able to speak to anyone, due to not answering the phones. Finally get someone, and was told Bruno would call me back that night. He never called me back. So then again, went on a wild goose chase to find someone to talk to. finally talked to the financial manager Bruno, and he wasn't a happy person to talk to, and had horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Go else where if you're looking for people that will help. 
I will put in, that the sales guy was great when buying the car, he had great service. But after the purchase, it seems like you don't matter.

My salesman, DeShawn Nelson, was Amazing!! He was understanding, listened to our needs. Got me excite car I wanted and got me a great price! Best Salesman Ever!!

Jarom and Jordan were very helpful in my adventure of buying my first car. I was really picky and they were very understanding. 
One minor detail however was they said they would fix a rock chip on the windshield before releasing the car to me and I don’t think they got around to it in the end. This is my first car buying experience though, so I will probably update my review as my journey continues.
