Sales Manager cocky and rude. Talk about pier pressure when I objected to outrageous price he said "SO! JUST PAY IT" I'm far from desperate miles age and the car could of purchased a new Car. Definitely going somewhere else wanted to ruin your credit before you've even decided on a vehicle.

Alexa and Trey were phenomenal to us! Got the vehicle we wanted, prices was fair and customer service was tremendous! Not once did they make us feel taken advantage of and they were never pushy! If you find this interesting, you should also go and read the review I left for the Ken Garff Hyundai across the street from these thugs. I used to work at that store across the street and I feel like I just cant sleep another night without letting people know the truth about the cars they are buying at Ken Garff Used. So in the dealership business we have this thing we do between dealerships which is called “arming a vehicle”. Pretty much means a sales person can go grab a vehicle from another dealership to sell to their customers. I tried doing this @ Ken Garff Used once and I came across some very disturbing information. I went in and was first approached by one of the salesmen and I told him there was a vehicle they had that I was interested in arming to sell to my customer. After they saw what vehicle it was they told me they cannot arm it to me because it has over a 100k miles. When I asked why the sales manager said “store policy” and left it at that. As I was leaving the store to go back, the salesman that first approached me was walking me out and giving me his business card just Incase I wanted to send my customer over to him. I asked him why don’t you guys arm vehicles that are over a 100k miles? He said “because we have to stick it to them”.. I was a little confused but I had an idea of maybe where this was going. He said a lot of our vehicles don’t pass safe, emission or both. So we have our technician do what is necessary so we can just sell them. You can guess it.. I was shocked! I thought for some reason when it came to these things the Garffs were supposed to be “really ethical” & “honest” but I was wayyyy off.. specially after I found out other locations are doing it as well. He explained to me that if they let us arm it and the customer finds out and comes back to address these issues then we have to go back to them and their will be a lot of issues with them being exposed and what not. He said if they sell the car and the customer comes back to them then they can just make the customer happy & cover it up. He said but 99% of the time customers don’t realize this and when they do they think it’s usual wear and tear & what not.. He gave me one example of when they didn’t replace a catilac converter that needed to be replaced. I asked well, how do you get away with that? He said they do something with the sensors so it doesn’t give them a check engine light and then cheat the emission test and that saved a good $1200. Ladies and gentlemen, this is illegal & disgusting. If you have recently purchased a vehicle here, make sure you get it checked out. I will be calling different news stations starting Monday to see if we can get the story out so people can start checking the vehicles they have recently bought from these scum bags!

Worked with Trey here and was so impressed! I didn't end up buying a vehicle here as they didn't have what I was looking for but Trey followed up with me at every step! Even sending me a video of the car showing me how great it was. I will definitely recommend anyone to work with him! Have bought from Ken Garff in the past and it wont be the last time! Thank you Trey for all your help! Your one of the best sales men we have had the pleasure to work with!
