This is an amazing bed and breakfast perfect view on the ocean great location the hosts are amazing people. The breakfast was amazing the rooms are very clean and orderly she keeps the house clean. Highly recommend!

This was a cozy Victorian bed and breakfast in the Nye Beach neighborhood of Newport, two blocks from the beach. Eileen and Terry are great hosts, they had appetizers when we arrived, dessert in the evening and tasty breakfasts in the morning. Rooms are on the small side but very comfortable. Overall, excellent place to stay in Newport.

This was my favorite bed and breakfast I've stayed in. Very friendly owners, delicious breakfast, beautiful views and location, and there are tons of restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely night on the third floor of the Grand Victorian. This is a gorgeous house right on Nye Beach within a stone's throw of all the fun shops and restaurants. We were greeted with tasty shrimp cocktail, and there were scrumptious cupcakes for the taking as well. The room on the third floor was cozy and full of character. The bed was so comfortable! Our breakfast was enormous too. Possibly the best hash browns I have ever had. Thank you so much Eileen for sharing your space with guests in such a delightful and welcoming manner.

We have been going to the Grand Victorian for 7 years.  The place is lovely but it's the breakfast that keeps us coming back.
