This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in! We rented the Applegate house for 5 days and it was awesome! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was relaxing and the backyard was quite and perfect for our 2 pups. The Applegate house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and we saw some amazing sunsets. We will be back again! Thank you Norm and Fairhaven Vacation staff!

Very clean. Pleasant service. The amenities were above and beyond our expectations. The beds were fantastic, thank you for that. Close proximity to anything you could need or want. We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to visit again as soon as possible.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I was never informed that I needed to be 26 to rent this vacation home and upon finding out, I was informed that if a paid a $350 deposit that I would still be able to rent this location. I agreed to this charge but the owner went back on his word and canceled our reservation, for my birthday weekend just 2 weeks prior to our stay, leaving us no way to find a new place to go. I would not recommend anyone booking with this company, just for the mere fact they are willing to cancel a reservation last minute with no regard for their clients.

This place was fantastic!  The location made it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and local shops. The whole place was immaculate with a great little private yard, the beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked with what you need.  I especially enjoyed sitting in the second story bay window with a drink and soaking in the view. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Darcy Lothrop Grimm — 5 starWe stayed at one of the Fairhaven homes recently, and had a wonderful time. It is in a perfect location, especially with kids! There is a playground right across the street, and is within walking distance to the beach and a bunch of restaurants. The house is big, and set up great for staying with family and friends. We also loved that the living room and kitchen are on the top floor, so we had great views of the water. The hot tub was great too! The property is very clean, and incredibly well taken care. We will definitely stay there again!!
