I love this store! The employees are always so nice and friendly. The furniture items are beautiful. I just purchased a mirrored pedestal. It's Beautiful! The sales person Adrianna, was so helpful by showing me accents to go with it. 5 Stars for her!

Not very satisfied, first of all I have to say my salesman was very professional and polite at the Calumet City store, had no idea I would be pushed off on the Burbank store. The problem I have is with the delivery. I paid $ 160.00 plus for $500.00 dollar delivery. I did all my looking, shopping, and buying at the store in Calumet City. When it comes to my delivery, the store in Burbank IL called me (which the store is 15 minutes from my house) to confirmed my delivery date and time. I was quite taken a back first of all about the Burbank store calling me. The lady at the Burbank store said to me I'm confirming your delivery date and time. I then said to her the date is good but the time is not and that I need the delivery to be after 3:30 in the afternoon I work and no one else would be here, not between 10a and 12:30p. She stated to me that we can't guarantee the delivery time. I said to her, I wasn't asking for a guarantee, just asking for the Burbank store to work with me. (since I'd applied for the value city charge card and was approved for quite a bit). Will NEVER EVER USE IT. She stated she couldn't guarantee again. I then asked to speak with a supervisor . She said very cheerfully SURE, like, he's just going to tell you the same thing as I just did. Terry came to the phone basically said the same thing about how he couldn't guarantee the time and that if I wanted to RESCHEDULE. my delivery and put notes on my order about getting a later time, even with that I couldn't get a guarantee. I said to Terry that I was not looking for a guarantee, just looking for someone to try and work with me at the Burbank store because I had to work and no one would be at my home at that time. I then said to Terry I'll just have to take off work, he replied OK! Thanks for calling me. We then hung up. Now can someone please tell me, IS THIS WORTH THE $160. DOLLARS PLUS FOR DELIVERY JUST 15 MINUTES AWAY. I'm just saying, just needed a little help!

Love this place. I can always find something here that I like. Joyce and Eric are the best sales people. Funny, smart, knowledgeable and helpful beyond measure

Yes I️ Love VCF I️ go straight to their Clearance section in the back of the store and I️ always find something cute and cheap back there! I️ seen these pieces and picked up the Metal stools they were $140 bucks then went to $74 then I️ bought them for $19.99 so yes those are mine thanx VCF

The customer service is good. The whole place is neat and clean and there is never a problem with getting assistance with what you're looking for.
