I want to give value city furniture a big kudos on customer service. I was picking up a delivery on a recent table purchase and my boyfriend was running late on meeting me at the store. Aaron brown was very patient and kind with waiting a few minutes after the closing time 8pm. He was very helpful and informative on purchasing the insurance. He helped my boyfriend load the items and processed a last minute decision getting the warranty insurance. Thanks Aaron for being patient and providing excellent customer service this evening. We'll definitely be back to purchase furniture again. Job well done! David the salesman was awesome as well.

I do not recommend this chain of stores.The sales rep was very nice to us. The sofa set we saw at the store on display was sturdy and very firm and looked even, this is why we decided to purchase them. When the set arrived the couches has a strong bad smell. They smell like vomit/mulch, we thought it was because they were new but the smell wouldn't go away and gets worse with humidity. Aside from the smell, the cushions are very uneven and misshaped and not firm at all. I have addressed the issue a couple times and they even sent a tech out twice to come and take pictures and I still haven't received any response and it's been 6 months already. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. Very bad quality.

The absolute WORST service I have received. I have been a repeat client for years, but will never return. I was asked if I wanted a large mirror delivered with a bedroom set or delivered together (30 days from order date, I said just send them together .. I have to take a day off work for delivery) I was called 2 days before hand, 28 days after it was ordered to be told that the mirror would over 20 days & a separate delivery date. I asked for a manager to call me back, when I call them I received a call back. I called 8 times to never get a call, not one person ever called. I finally call corporate, they had the manager call me to tell me no one was given a message & this was policy and that is how it is done .. I told to just refund my money, It was not worth me taking a day off work & no obviously cares or was sorry and they don't care if lost me as a client. His reply, "okay" .. They do not care about service, absolutely TERRIBLE!!! - I hope they go out of business. One stare is one star 2 many

If it wasn’t for Aaron the warehouse manager I would give this place ZERO stars for having such an unprofessional, spiteful rather than helpful store manager (Tara.) Tara is short for TERRIBLE. If anyone is qualified to represent this store it’s Aaron. Thank you for you help. You made our already stressful move less stressful.

We had very positive sofa shopping experience with Value City Aurora. Both Dave and John are very helpful. On time delivery and great customer service.
