I had bad experience with timely delivery. If you have another choice, then don't buy from here. This shop is very unprofessional.

Very substandard service. Not recommended. I did not look at the reviews before ordering. Otherwise I would not have ordered from this shop. We ordered a dining set (table and 8 chairs) on Nov 1st paying $1306.88. We needed the furniture on Nov 4th. The shop agreed to deliver on Nov 3rd. They did not deliver the furniture on the 3rd or the 4th. We called on the 6th and the response was rude: "if you are not happy, then cancel the order". We said ok, we like to cancel the order. We requested for a refund to the credit card. After a week, $55 was credited. No further actions. My advice is 'be careful' to anyone who shop herel.

Came in looking for a new sectional sofa. Kevin, my salesman, greeted me right away. He was polite and very professional in both appearance and manner. He showed me various sectional sofas and answered all of my questions. He let me pick out the sofa instead of hassling me into the most expensive one. The sales process went smoothly and without any trouble. I was called two days before the delivery date. The caller was very helpful and sounded very excited about our delivery. The delivery was on time (within the two hour window given). John & Victor brought in the sectional sofa quickly and carefully. No damage was done to the walls or ceiling and the sofa was not delivered damaged in any way. All in all a great experience! Thank you Value City Furniture!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. My wife and I ordered new furniture for our home and the whole experience was terrible. After multiple failed deliveries and rescheduling on their time and not mine this was a disaster. Also, during a delivery for our glass table they broke top of the glass. I was able to get a replacement but their customer service, dispatch and manger are useless. We also financed our furniture with AcceptanceNow and made every payment on time and the last payment they seemed to have never received via mail. So it turned out the same as cash promotion is out the door and we are stuck paying off the entire bill along with the now interest that was accessed. Avoid contacting this company. We are seeking assistance from the BBB & Attorney General because this is not right.

BEWARE OF DAMAGED FURNITURE WHEN ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY! My daughter had furniture delivered from the Streamwood location and noticed that it was damaged as the two delivery guys left and signature already given. Called the store immediately (delivery truck hadn't even left the premises). They offered to send someone out next week to assess the damage for repair or replacement. Hopefully they will replace the damaged piece because who wants damaged repaired furnture when you paid for brand new furniture that was damaged when delivered. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR DELIVERY THOROUGHLY AND DON'T LET THE DELIVER GUYS RUSH YOU INTO SIGNING BEFORE DOING SO (distraction method). DON'T JUST GAZE OVER YOUR DELIVERY, TOUCH IT AS WELL TO MAKE SURE NOTHING FALLS APART.
