Okay place. They were decently nice, however not very friendly. The company that they finance through had super friendly people. The ONE THING that really is not decent about this store is that they switched delivery days without telling the buyer. We were expecting delivery on a Thursday, did not receive a call at all; so we called them. They told us that our furniture is due for delivery on a Saturday. The only thing they could do is refund our delivery fee.

If I could give them a Zero I would..they are very unprofessional. I was told that they would deliver my furniture between 9-11 and of course they tell me they are running behind. Once the delivery man call he states furniture is damaged and did I want it. Naturally i was annoyed by that question, I didnt pay all that money for damaged furniture. I called and spoke with the manager whom was no better with helping with my inconvenience. Please AVOID this place at all cost.

THEY DO NOT STAND BY THERE WARRANTY MY SO CALLED LEATHER COUCH IS AS THIN AS PAPER I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY 2 YEARS AGO THEY TELL ME IT IS NOT COVERED WILL NOT BUY THERE EVER AGAIN

Horrible experience ! Would give them 0 stars if I could. Just purchased a wicker couch from them, which got damaged. They will not help me fix it, even when I offered to pay someone to come out and look at it! because I didn't purchase the "protection plan" They won't return phone calls or e-mails. Finally after reaching out to them several times, I was told they won't help me because they don't want to be "reliable for fixing it" . Terrible! Will never purchase from them again.

They sell junk I have a 3 year old couch that I can't even use because the cushions are shot and they tell me that's is all the couch should last. FYI my wife is 120 lbs and I'm 175 lbs and no small kid our kids are grown adults so it's just us and 2 small dogs
