Whenever I need furniture, this is always my go to place. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff here are always to nice, energetic, and so patient. I don't want to go anywhere else because I know the deals are great here, and I get excellent service here. I highly recommend this place!

Update: They sent the bed a week earlier than they stated. However, they delivered the wrong size and style bed. To avoid the stress of the situation I did not even contact them. It was close enough. This company is such a hassle. I recommend anyone to avoid this company. This company does not care about customer satisfaction. They will say anything to make a sale. I purchased a bed and futon on a friday. They said they would deliver the futon on the following tuesday, but it would take another 3 weeks to deliver the bed. I explained that I was 4 months pregnant, and had nothing to sleep on. They didn't try to work on getting it delivered quicker. They told me to sleep on the futon until the bed comes. The next day, they called and said they wouldn't deliver anything for another 3 weeks. Again, I explained I was 4 months pregnant and had nothing to sleep on. They said it was nothing they could do and did not try to even make a call on my behalf. Don't waste your time or money here. If I had extra time, I would have gone to look for better quality furniture, with a company that has good customer service. Their merchandise is not worth the hassle. The salesman are only trying to make a sale and will sale you anything.

The couch selection is overpriced. We had a sales rep follow us around, making it obvious they are on commission. We just went to bobs furniture for reasonable prices.

The worst experience ever. Delivery service is more than bad and they sent damaged furniture and the manager over there whose name is Fullen or something like that she is very rude and mean and shouldn't be a store manager at all. The delivery people are liars and rude they get mad for doing their job and they don't install the furniture in the right way. I bought a mandarin bed and I had to wait an entire week for delivery and when finally was home it was very damaged with a lot of rips so I went to the store to talk to the manager to help exchange the bed but she was very rude and the only option she gave me was to sent the technician in one more week to fix it. If I'm paying for something new why should they fix it instead of giving me a new one?! So I talked with another real store manager whose name is Ash and he apologized about what happened and he told me that he will exchange the bed for a new one, but first the technician had to come because it's the procedure. And after another week the technician came but I didn't let him to fix my bed because i want it a new bed that was worth the money that I paid for, so I had to wait for another week to receive the bed and they call me the day before to confirm the time of the delivery but the next day they called me and changed again the time of the delivery. When they bring the bed inside my apartment it was damaged again but less than before and they didn't installed it in the right way. The service of the delivery guys was also really bad because they give me some bad attitude but I was tired of them so I didn't return it again. I don't recommend this value city furniture and I wouldn't give them not even half star, and I forgot to mentioned about Angie from the customers service that she was very rude with me by the phone and she refused to help me to get some information about my delivery.

I I bought two sofas and bedroom I spent almost $5000 from value city !!! After two years my two sofas got a couple burns, the Insurance Company don't want to cover that, I've been fighting with them for about three months already they claim that happen and I didn't tell them because I got several burns so they consume that didn't happen all at one time the refuse to fix my Two sofas it's one of the worst Insurance companies ever... I pay money for insurance because I know accidents happen that's why I paid money??? to get my furniture fixed when accidents happen... I don't recommend anyone buying from them...
