Amazing store! My husband and I are so pleased with the service we received from Hannah! She went over everything with us from A to Z and while helping she helped 2 other customers and was still able to focus on our needs! We got two galaxy s7s today fully transfered all info from old phones and helped us with all of our accessories and installing our screen protectors. It's very rare in customer service that you find someone that is able to touch you as a customer and make you smile and still make you feel like you're cared about. She's a great employee and great for this community! I will definitely send all my business associates, friends and family to her! Thank you Hannah you're the best!

I loved how i was treated. Came from Fallbrook to be serviced. The Fallbrok location was horrible. Alfredo was amazing and Demarcus downloaded all my photos. The girl there didnt helpme at all. She said ihad togo back. Alfredo and Demarcus are amazing.

Visited the Verizon store today needed help fixing my current device and ended up leaving with a new s7 today! I was was overdue for an upgrade but I was putting it off because I didn't want to just get any deal out there or taken advantage of. I'm so happy I came in today Demarcus upgraded my device and lowered my in store cost for me, best experience yet thank you Demarcus and team! This location gets an A+  in customer service!

Great customer service.  Mike really worked hard to get us the best deal and beat AT&T. The coverage is better with Verizon and the deal with AT&T was not that great. Everyone In the store was friendly and helpful. Will go back and ask for Mike.
