We entered the store. There was a lady behind the counter helping a couple. So we looked at phones. 10 minutes went by, a guy asked if we were being helped. I said no not yet. He said someone will be with you shortly. I said ok and continued to look at phones. Another person walked in the store, the other rep helped him right away. We still were not helped. I made a decision on which phone I wanted, and went to the counter to be helped. Then the lady that was helping the couple came to me and said I was not on the list to be helped and asked for my phone number and name. I had been in the store 20 minutes. This lady saw me the entire time I was there and did not say anything about signing in and being on a list. No one wanted to help until I showed I was ready to spend money. The guy that walked in after me was helped right away. I was not helped and rudely told I needed to be on a list. I just left the store. Being ignored and rude service does not deserve my money. I will not be returning to this store.

Love my Verizon team. Have had Verizon for 20 years and they have been the most reliable fair priced phones and service Jenny, Laura and Rachel are always on top of their game and willing to help. I use them personally and for the business I work for and wouldn't change a thing! Thanks Verizon

Rachel and the Management were AWESOME! I love that they texted me to check on the service and answer questions. Much more convenient than phone calls. The Follow up for questions related to my device and bill were handled quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY recommend Rachel!

Recently went into Verizon with a broken phone. The "manager" never offered to try and fix my phone, just sell me a new one. In fact, my husband sat in front of him trying to figure out what might make it turn on as he gave no suggestions. After buying a new phone about a week later I recieved a phone call from the manager saying that he didn't want me to end up with any added charges and there was something he needed to fix. In order to do so we had to go back into the store. After making an extra 45 minute trip to the store and "fixing the problem" I still ended up with a $200 charge on my bill. Also, whatever he had to fix caused me to loose information on my phone.
