Just used We Care For You this week and I must say these guys did a great job very happy with their service from. Start to finish I wish I could say that about all my moves.  But I would absolutely recommend this company if you looking for fair price and exceptional service.

I was really disappointed in the overall service I received from this company.  I was charged an extra $700 for items that were neither picked up nor delivered.  

The "pricing manager" Mike refused to consider my revised inventory list, nor did he bother to contact the employee who actually loaded my furniture and provided documentation of the changes.  

He threatened to "hold my stuff in storage" until I agreed to pay what he insisted I owed (all while refusing to do the slightest bit of research to find out what was really going on).  I would have given zero stars but for the customer service representative (I believe her name was Robin) who was very friendly and seemed to understand that my inventory list had been revised (removing entire bedroom and two 50 inch televisions)  but Mike declined to listen to her and held me to the pricing for the original inventory list (despite having a 7 days advance notice of the revisions).                          

It's stressful enough moving halfway across the country without the added complications of an unreasonable moving company.

Hey We Care, you really lived up to your name since my wife left me I can honestly say things were so overwhelming moving a house with years of memories made me really sick and your guys and robin were so extremely nice an patience with me it really made think there are good people still left in this world.  thanks again and I am sorry i didn't say goodbye to the guys I just felt really sad when when the move was over.
