This was the first time I had shipped a vehicle anywhere. My family did a complete move from NH to AZ recently and we needed to ship a car. I made the mistake in getting a quote online as we got many phone calls. I did speak with Scott for some time on the phone and he was able to answer all of my questions. I also made the mistake of going with another company, who in the end did us no good. Scott and his boss Sam stepped up when things were falling apart and got us a transport company. We scheduled to have the car picked up from a dealership on a Saturday and delivered to our new home the following Saturday, 7 days transit time. This is where things started to get a bit dicey. We had a contract showing the pick up dates, delivery dates, and several phone calls with Sam explaining it would be 7 days in transit. On the other end in AZ it ended up being 10 days with the vehicle being delivered that Tuesday fairly late in the day around 8 pm. Once the vehicle was delivered and after many updates from the river delaying the delivery I was told that there would be a discount of $100.00. Although I appreciated the discount, it did not satisfy me for several reasons. 1, the car was 3 days late. 2, I had to get a rental vehicle in the meantime. 3, the vehicle was delivered at 8 pm. 4, the driver gave many excuses why he was going to be later than expected. I sent a final email to Scott, Sam, and the driver explaining how I was feeling and after several days I have not heard from any of them. My feeling is that the job is now completed so they have moved on and no after service customer service will be provided. The reason I give a 3 three star rating is because of the after delivery. I'm not sure if I would use this company again, but they did get the job done for me.

I was a little skeptical of giving my car to strangers then seeing it a week later but since I can't physically drive from Georgia to Hawaii it had to be done! Nationwide guys are all really nice and positive when they pick up the phones. Jenelle was the one who helped with my car shipping. It was a pretty easy process, you just have to be patient and remember that your car isn't the ONLY car getting shipped. The pick up and drop off was within the time frame given. Car arrived in good condition, just needed a car wash, no big deal. I highly recommend working with Nationwide transport services! Mahalo Jenelle

Janelle was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I shipped my Jeep from Honolulu to Florida, and even though I requested multiple date changes as well as a location change, Janelle kept me on track and adjusted very quickly. I have shipped cars during my moves for over 30 years, and Nationwide is the best I have ever used.

Needed to ship a vehicle from Pennsylvania to south Florida, I was referred to Chris Kyle who was able to not only get me a great price but his customer service was flawless. Provided me with shipping dates within minutes and updated me throughout the process. The vehicle came in on the date And time I was told and looked amazing. Great service! Ask for Chris

I am very disappointed in the lack of integrity with Nationwide Transport. I was contracted to haul a load for them but upon arriving found out they sent the wrong type of truck for the load and while I was willing to load it the shipper understandably refused. I requested a customary fee for driving there and not being able to take the load. At first the agent Chris was great to deal with until he quit returning my calls and emails. I talked to the accounting department, same thing. I talked to Jason the owner who said he talked to the agent and was told that I brought the wrong equipment so it was my fault, which was a lie and the recorded phone calls would prove it. Afterward Jason would not return calls or emails. Now I'm forced to go after their own customer to collect what is owed me. What a rotten way to do business
