Coleman was the lowest bidder of 4 national companies. Their on site evaluator was thorough and informative. The moving crew contacted me days before and the scheduled move for additional information. The crew, lead by Chris, were on time (actually a little early) and completed a 2 household move quickly and carefully. We did the majority of the packing, but the packing they did was exceptional. Chris, also did the driving on our cross country move from Fort Lauderdale Florida to Dallas. He was in contact with me several days before our scheduled delivery, and arrived the day and time they promised. The delivery was careful, they unpacked the items they had packed and placed the items where we asked. They were on time and all our personal property arrived in the same condition that it left our homes. I have done several military moves, where the government picks up the tab. This move was the best I have had, ever! I particularly liked the casual and personal interaction you might expect from a business you have patronized frequently at a local level and trust, with a national mover that is diligent about protecting its reputation. When I called the office or the rep, I talked to a real human being who had the answers, I never went through any automated call tree. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the experience I had with them. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!

Everything about my move couldn't have gone more smoothly. My consultant, Maggie Martin, kept me informed throughout the entire process and couldn't have been more helpful. Dave, the gentleman who came out to look over my items and gave me my estimate was kind, polite and professional. The cost, including full coverage insurance was amazing. The drivers were awesome and they arrived when promised and my items were arrived in the same condition as when they left. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
