Came to this dealership to buy a truck after reading many reviews online. The reviews of the staff and facility are spot on. I worked mostly with Fabian for the sale of my new truck and he was outstanding! He was above courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy at all. All my questions were answered and I was given everything I asked for. They worked diligently to put my payments in the price range I wanted and the approval process and incentives were awesome and timely. I was able to get the truck that same day and extra things I wanted where scheduled with service department as I wanted for the next week. I briefly meet and talked with Si he also was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Atmosphere of this dealership is the best I have ever been to. Anyone looking to buy a vehicle come see Fabian!

Excellent customer service from everyone one at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet especially my salesman Si. Very professional but relaxed and laid back dealership. Never felt pressured and was able to get the deal I wanted. Traveled from Peachtree City area (@ 100 miles) for the exact truck I wanted and would do so again. All the employees down to the finance manager Nathan were extremely nice. Thanks again Si for working hard to make the deal happen.

I gave a 5 star because everybody in the building was polite and nice regardless if they were helping me out or not. Definitely will go back to get another  vehicle.  They put me in the perfect car for my family and didn't try to push nothing on me I did not want. Thank you you guys are awesome

Bought a truck here at this dealership. I live in Macon Ga and drove over an hour to buy my new truck. Let me just say I will buy here again. I have recommended this dealership to my friends. I am still impressed how they continue to reach out after the sale. Going up for my first service in the truck in a few weeks. I will let you know my experience then as well. I headed to Jimmy Britt not expecting to purchase a new car, but after test driving only 2 cars and Jimmy Britt’s great prices, I walked out with my new Terrain! As this was my first ever car purchase, I had a great experience with Jimmy Britt! Great prices, great staff!
