My initial thoughts were not pleasant to say the least, this was due to purchasing a used vehicle. However, after voicing my complaints and concerns to my wonderful sales person Mike and upper management all is well and I am very happy with my results. Stanley Watkins in the service department did great. The used car Manager Andrew even went on a test drive to ensure all concerns were repaired to my liking. My 2013 Traverse LTZ is running like a well oiled machine! Additionally, during the repair process the dealership provided me with a loaner car, to ensure that I wasn't further inconvenienced. Thank Terry Cullen Chevrolet for all that you did to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I will definitely be coming back for other car purchases in the future! I give them 5 stars for being a dealership that CARES.

I recently had my Colorado in their body shop to fix some damage caused when a driver T-Boned my truck. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The body shop manager Jeremy was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and kept me up to date on the repairs being made to my truck. He said when they were done you would not be able to tell it was in a wreck, and he was CORRECT!! I can’t even tell it was ever T-Boned. They do phenomenal work. I would most definitely recommend you take your vehicle to Terry Cullen Southlake Body Shop!

Our experience was absolutely phenomenal! Charles did the most perfect job. We had come to the dealership after having the worst time at another. The Positive energy and sincere interest that Charles displayed toward us was a complete turn around. Not only was he kind, he listened to us and did not try to steer us in a different route to make a "better sale." He was genuinely trying to make us happy. And he did! I almost wondered if he was more excited about us purchasing our first car than we were. Thank you Charles; God bless you.

Went in for my regular scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Services where done in a timely manner. The service Rep. Jeffery Taylor even sent me a text alert to let me know that my vehicle was ready. Thanks again for the professional services!

So, I went into the service department to get a tire changed. Someone directed me to the parts department because the service department doesn't have a clue what a tire costs. The parts clerk was helpful enough except he didn't know how much it would cost to mount a tire. (do these people talk; ever?) I then walked back out to the service bay and stood there for over 5 minutes, by the clock, and not one person seemed interested in why I was standing there. As they don't seem interested in new business I left. When I got to work, I used their contact form to let them know my displeasure. Five minutes later I got a response letting me know that: "I received your request, that vehicle is available and ready for immediate delivery. Are there any must have options or colors that I need to know about? Have you had your current vehicle professionally appraised? By the way, are you only interested in the or would you also consider other options if you could save some money?" Not only do they ignore you on the floor, they don't even read their emails before sending a canned response. If they can't get a tire right I'm certainly not buying a car there. Ever.
