I recently leased a Corolla from Young Toyota; my sales person, Ben Swensen , did a great job of explaining my options to me and making sure that I felt comfortable with the entire lease process. I did not feel any pressure, and was very happy with the service and how quickly the process was completed. The sales manager, Jake Talbot, was considerate of my needs, and did his best to make sure I was completely satisfied with the lease process. The finance manager, Sandy, did a great job of explaining my finance options in a very timely and professional manner. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing options I did not need or want. Overall I would say that the people I worked with at Young's exceeded my needs and expectation in an enthusiastic, honest and ethical manner. I had an exceptional customer experience and will be back at the end of my lease to purchase another vehicle.

We felt like we were given a great deal, they worked with our finances in an incredible way! We walked away with the car we wanted after seeing several options, but we weren't pressured to go a certain direction! Our Sales Person, Pierce Cummins, was awesome! He kept the process fun and engaging even though financing took a while! Pierce is awesome! Would totally recommend him and this dealership to others!

Compared to other Toyota dealerships this one doesn't meet the standard for service. If you can get your Toyota serviced somewhere else outside of the valley I'd recommend it. The sticker on my new vehicle indicated I should take it in after 3 months, which apparently is a bit early for the service schedule. This easily could have been avoided if they asked a couple of simple questions when I called to schedule an appointment but instead they let me waste my time, made it very clear that I was wasting their time, and treated me like a second class citizen during the entire process as soon as they learned I didn't buy my vehicle from their specific dealership (though I was willing to, they just couldn't come close to another dealerships price). I emailed the manager with my concern on how I'd been treated and got no response. If you don't buy from them you shouldn't expect good service, unfortunately.

Amazing people to work with!! I told them what I was looking for and help me find the right car for me!! I definitely recommended anyone looking for a car to come here!! My family has been coming here for year and we have always left happy!!

Wonderful service department!  Love my Sequoia which I bought from Young last year!  They really bend over backwards to work with you on scheduling and keeping you informed.
