Beyond Fitness in Delray is a fitness studio unlike any other. Colleen and Jaron have a full program of exercise classes meeting the needs of those at all fitness levels. Zumba with Regina and/or William is just fantastic! Colleen will help you with all levels of general fitness and yoga. Beyond Fitness takes care of the body and mind. Go there! Don't miss out.

I have been trying to find a place that offers Rock Steady boxing classes for a while. I happened upon this place and it has been great experience. The class is offered 8 times per week on Monday thru Saturday at 10:30 and on Tuesday and Friday afternoons at 5:30. - a lot more frequently than is available anywhere else around here. The owners (Colleen and Jaron) both teach the class. They both work very hard keeping us very busy during the class. They are very enjoyable to work with and I get quite a workout at each class. Classes are scheduled at the Beyond Fitness Club in Delray Beach FL. A number of other classes are offered at this location which has made it possible to also take some yoga classes to improve my flexibility.

I am a father that wanted to find a place to workout but have a hard time with my young son. The family exercise time is great for us because while I am conditioning with Colleen, Jaron and company play with the kids doing exercise that is disguised as fun activity, and then they switch and I box with Jaron while Colleen keeps the kids busy. I leave there every session exhausted and SO fulfilled because they put together a great and versatile program. I have never had the same workout twice and so far have dropped 2 pants sizes. The facility is clean, well maintained, and a welcome environment. Colleen and Jaron are very skilled trainers and I feel like they genuinely care about their clients health and well being both physically and spiritually. Thank you Team Beyond Fitness!
