I haven’t been this impressed for a long time. Most of all, the staff person Maria, has convinced me that good customer service, the act of going above and beyond and delighting a customer beyond high expectations can still happen in our world. She was kind, sharp, eager to help, available, had good follow up and is still checking on me after the sale and also willing to connect me to other Verizon services. Management- this gal is worth recognizing and promoting!

I arrived at the store 10 mins before closing on Monday night. One of our phones quit displaying all information--the screen was completely blacked out & the phone was no longer able to receive calls. I had to be at the Dr. with a Family member who had to have some serious health test run early Tues morning. The associate was willing to meet my "better half" there a little earlier than normal opening time so I could be with my family member. They took care of getting us back into a phone & I was able to call if my family member had to undergo more serious health procedures! Much more than a sales person, a Genuine Carrying Person who's biggest concern was doing what he could to make a stressful health situation with my brother; better by restoring communication amongst other family members! I'd give this store more than 5 Stars if I could! That's why I have been a day one customer of Verizon!

AWESOME. Impeccable customer service from Alex. He went above and beyond on helping with getting my new phone set up and making sure that I was comfortable with using it! Thank you for hiring such a wonderful young man.

Easy experience, would have preferred to be given the sale specials up front but in the end it turned out to be a great experience.
