After responding to an email I received from Acura of Libertyville IL, my wife and I walked into the dealership at 5:15PM. We stood unattended for a few minutes but then Stan approached. He was courteous, not pushy, appreciative of our prior preparations as my wife and I did our research, and, attentive. 
Stan readily answered our questions; he allowed us to savor the beauty of the car. His sense of humor made us feel valued which is uncommon nowadays. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive which made it easy for us to make a decision. 
There were quite a few positives throughout the experience but what really stood out was his patience. The process extended way beyond the end of his shift which we would not have known as he maintained an upbeat, professional and helpful demeanour (we did not feel rushed). 
Stan helped turn what started with us being totally dissatisfied with Acura Libertyville into an extremely pleasant and truly satisfying experience. He is truly a keeper.

Stan is by far one of the most persistent salesman I know.  I really appreciate this quality and is one of the main reasons why I went back to Acura.  I was considering leasing a 2018 Accord and once I drove the TLX, I fell in love and Stan really helped by pointing out all the beautiful features of this vehicle.  I am so happy I did and I really appreciate the great work that Stan put forward to making this happen.

I test drove the 2018 TLX in October. I researched and shopped around other acura dealerships. I went back in November, because of there professional service. I am very happy with the car and buying experience at Libertyville Acura. The team was awesome... thank you Jose A, Tony M and Denise!! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Just purchased car for my father in law.  Sales person Aziz was great - No pushing of sale, explained all financial details(no hidden fees or anything like that). 
One of the easiest car purchase experience in my life.

After receiving notices from Acura of Libertyville about my expiring lease I visited the dealership.  I again visited with Jose Alcantar who had helped me test drive a 2017 several months ago.  Jose was very helpful in showing me the MDX models that were available.  He introduced me to Israel and they assisted each other during the negotiation of a new lease for me.  I ended up leasing a new vehicle and was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the ease and professionalism of Jose and Israel through this process.   This is a TOP NOTCH Acura Dealer and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!!!!!!
