The Libertyville Mitsubishi service department is the best I have ever been too. I had a great feeling when I called and made my appointment a week ago. On the phone the service person was friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. Today when I went to the service center, the service person, Arron S. made everything easy. He was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make me comfortable and answer my questions. The waiting room was really nice and had the most comfortable chairs I had ever sat in. There was coffee to drink for free and there were two vending machines, one with drinks the other with snacks. The waiting room was spotless as was the Woman's bathroom. The service personal worked on my car were fast and Arron came out to let me know twice what was going on. Then my surprise, they washed my car. I knew I made the right choice when I bought my Lancer Mitsubishi and I know I made the right choice in picking Libertyville Mitsubishi Service department to be my service department. Thank you everyone who signed me in, serviced my car and to the wonderful lady that I paid my bill too. You all are super fantastic and I look foreword to seeing you all again for the routine care of my car. I honestly did not know that a service department and their staff could make you happy and comfortable, but that is just what this service department did.

The Sales people were very nice and not pushy at all. They are so professional at that location. It was very nice doing business with the entire staff. Go see Charles, Barry, and Tommy and tell them Kimberly Williams sent you.

If you are in the market to buy Mitsubishi products, I recomend to go to Liberty Mitsubishi. Everyone is very helpful and corteous. I will for sure go back for another car if I need to buy.

This is the first time let me feel as like a Mitsubishi car owner service. If I didn't receive the aneversiry coupon for this year, I do planning do the oil change at other places. One more thing is a very good experience today that is helpful and consider service at Mitsubishi . Thank you Mitsubishi in Libertyville.
