I had such a wonderful experience at Napleton Mazda! My grandmother was looking for a new car and I was worried she would be taken advantage of so I went with her. She was undecided between a couple different styles and we worked with a wonderful sales professional who was super knowledgeable and helped us make the best choice for her - zero pressure from the sales professional. We received excellent customer service and it was truly such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be recommending Napleton to anyone looking for a new or used car and return as a customer myself. Excellent customer service. The ideal example of what you think a professional environment and experience should be when searching for a car. This company truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend for purchasing a new/used Mazda or any other vehicle. Ask for Frankie, he knows what he is talking about and is a true professional in this field. Their new manager is excellent as well.

My husband and I were looking for a used vehicle and just driving up and down the strip looking at different dealers.  We pulled into the Mazda store and were greeted by Marcin at the door.  He is actually the General Manager there but was extremely friendly and personally took care of us the whole time.  He had a salesman show us the perfect used car and gave us a price that we couldn't walk away from.  I am definitely happy that we ended up at this dealer.  They have really nice used cars that they take a lot of pride in, obviously.  We saw a lot of other used cars that day and most dealers do not have very nice ones.  Theirs are almost like new even the ones that are several years old!  We were so happy with our whole experience.
