Didn't buy a car, just went in to get a better look at a model I'm considering.

I went to look at and test drive a challenger. I walked around the lot for about 10 minutes and wasn't approached for assistance (which I thought was odd for a car dealer) I decided to go in and inquire. Once a sales guy  finally approached me inside and started talking to me I felt like I was not being taken seriously at all. Maybe it was because I told the sales man I'm not ready to buy and just wanted a test drive or maybe it was because I was wearing a star wars T- shirt and that doesn't quite say I can afford and am serious about buying a Hellcat challenger or what ever other reason... After I told the guy I'm not looking to buy today but would like to drive a stick shift in that model to see if I like the feel of it over an auto, he told me they didn't have a manual in stock, I replied with saying the one right outside there is a stick (I know this because I looked at it while I was walking around outside not being helped), he seemed to act surprised or maybe he genuinely was and didn't know that car was a stick. None the less the whole time with him including the test drive it came off as if I was wasting his time. I mean I get it, I'm the one that said I'm not here to buy today but at least don't make a person feel like they aren't a worthwhile customer if they aren't ready to spend then and there. I'll very much more then likely not come here when I make up my mind and ready to buy.

I'd seriously give them 2 stars but who knows, maybe there are other sales men/women here who would be more accommodating.

I have been doing business with Liberty Auto city for 4 years. The experience with this group of people is AWESOME!! Celeste Metcalf is THE BEST!! She has sold me all of my vehicles. She puts more than 100% into getting you what you want and at a great price. I would NOT go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. My heart belongs to Liberty Auto City and Celeste 😊 Thank you guys so much for helping me and your patience. I encourage anyone that's looking for a great deal and excellent  customer service to check them out!! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Bought a brand new 2017 dodge ram. Got it home and checked fuild levels, oil over filled by 3/4 of a qaurt, tire presure recommended 39 lbs, they had 32-36 lbs, anti freeze resivor was bone dry! Salesman Chris Greenlee and Yedidiah Israel I would give them a 5 star. They were great

Chris Greenly did an outstanding job assisting me with my purchase.  He was available every step throughout the process even taking my calls when not at work.  I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.  I am also highly satisfied with the customer service I received at the dealership.   Overall a terrific experience!
