We've been having our 2003 Infiniti serviced here since they became Gregory Infiniti. The service has been consistently honest and fast, and they have always been fair in terms of providing discounts. In terms of honesty, I appreciate the fact that they find service items, but that they recommend holding off (e.g., the service advisor on more than one occasion told me that the service tech who worked on my car said that he wouldn't do it if it were his own car). They also find better service discounts than the ones I get in the mail or via email. They've also provided the option to save money with aftermarket parts, where applicable. Finally, the fact that they're willing to provide loaners over the weekend, if necessary, is convenient and customer-friendly.

Overall, I highly recommend Gregory Infiniti for Infiniti owners in the northern Chicago suburbs.

I had a great experience here. Got a 2017 Inifniti Q50 S about 2 weeks ago and it was one of the easiest car purchases I've encountered. First, I was met by Brandon the sales person which was very nice, and then when I was still contemplating the sales manager, Michelle, called me to see if I had any questions. The owner did the same thing. 

Michelle helped with the final steps of my decision and then closing on the vehicle. She was very nice and professional and answered all of my questions promptly (and I had lots of questions). All in all, I had a great experience here.

Great experience - staff was helpful in providing the information to help us make a decision without pressuring us to buy.  Very transparent throughout the entire process.

Excellence in Service and Staff.  I worked with Rob Goldberg at the dealership on a used vehicle they had in stock.  I was nervous about the purchase since I was coming from 6 hours away to look at the vehicle.  Rob worked diligently to give me the best possible overview of the car he could and when I got to the dealership, everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with the deal.  The follow-up after the fact has also been terrific, and even Joey in credit has delivered top-shelf service.  I recommend both Rob and this dealership when looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Tommy helped us out and made the car buying experience quick and easy.  A few weeks after the purchase, Tommy ordered us a remote control for the DVD system since the car we purchased didn't have this.   Tommy communicated everything and was very friendly to work with.   The car was priced competitively and the offer for our trade in was also competitive.

The one part of the sale that I didn't enjoy was the finance guys trying to push the service packages on me.  I live too far away to have this dealership service my vehicle and they have a hard time taking no for an answer.
