This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! My previous experience when buying a car has always been as though the dealership is doing me a favor. No matter how much I make or how good my credit is somehow I end up feeling not good enough and having to settle for less than I wanted. This is NOT the case at Liberty. I gave my dream list of what I would like to have and it was never questioned. Without hesitation they went looking for what I asked for in all surrounding areas! Bob Skinner, my salesman, even drove to a neighboring state to pick-up the vehicle! The most amazing part about this is that most of this was all done by phone. I live an hour and a half away but had heard good things from a friend about this dealership so I called and began a great relationship for many, many years to come. The entire team worked seamlessly to make my dream come true! My visit to the dealership was like a well choreographed dance. Bob met me at the door and one by one I met each member of the team within their specialties. Mark the finance guy was also amazing and made me feel like an old friend. All of these members of the team are a credit and an asset to the General Manager Mike who is an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable guy! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience! Thank you Liberty!!!

What I really liked is I was able to come to all in a need of help and you didn't make me feel like I was out of place. I was comfortable, and I was 110% confident that you guys were the one's for the job. I knew I can trust after all my questions were answer and you reassured me that I was in a good hands. We went there to get some auto body work done.  Service was incredible and quality of work was excellent.  All around we love doing business there and can't wait to go back again.  Charlie is an excellent and fair salesman, can't wait to get another car.

Bought a used ford from here over a year ago and have had nothing but the best experience! I drove the car on a Thursday and bought it the following Monday! They let me test drive it twice and were really patient with my flip flopping and worrying about not getting the car I liked. Then when I finally decided on a car they had all of the info ready to go and I was able to get out of there quick!
  The car needed a few things updated and switched and a few recalls fixed while ford dealerships service departments were on strike and I was able to bring my car here each time and get a loaner that day within 10 mins of bringing my car. 
  The best customer service and the best service department around!

I was referred by a friend who had recently purchased a car there. She said Rich was very professional and made the car buying experience easy. No pressure and very through, he answered all our questions. He treated us the same way. Made the experience pleasant and hassle free.
