Dan leased me a car about 2 years ago and it was the best leasing process I have ever had. He ensured he got me the best possible price and delivered everything he promised me. His caring and customer first mentality really shined through during the entire process. Dan has a high sense of urgency and made sure he was available whenever I needed assistance. His passion for the Cadillac brand is very contagious and by the time I signed my paperwork I wanted to work with him! Dan is the MAN. I leased a car from him back in August 2015.His customer service was superb, listening to exactly what type of car i wanted and then making sure to find the best fit. He reviewed lease options with me and made sure I fully understood the conditions. The service department is also very friendly, always accommodating my needs when I have to come in. Can't wait to go back to Dan in a few months for my next car lease!!

A++Napleton Cadillac! Professional, Warm, Courteous Staff. Isaac, Mike P. and Chris in finance made this the easiest, most pleasant transition in my car purchasing / leasing history - Before I returned my leased vehicle, Mike found the exact car I wanted within hours to match my exact specifications WITH an even better deal than I had hoped for! Makes car hunting-buying Effortless! Napleton puts Customer Service First- clearly not your typical car dealership! I highly recommend this dealership above all others. Best I've ever encountered. Interesting sales technique used by ‘Mike’. After test driving the car (Sat 11/4) and trying to negotiate a sale he said “If you have too many questions about this car, then it’s not for you.”  Then he half turns around as to leave me, turns around again as to acknowledge we were done talking.  I said Thank you and walked away.   Maybe it was because the car I was trying to buy a used Ford for $17k and not a Caddy?  I can only speculate.  But interesting sales pitch to try and belittle a customer.  There was another Mike – Mike the sales manager and he seemed nice enough.  The place was super clean with shiny floors.  Impressive building.

Recently this last year I inquired about possibly getting a Cadillac SUV that I saw at the auto show. I fell in love with it and I contacted the dealership in Libertyville. Dan  Praljak  was the sales person that I was in contact with about the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and let me know of my options for when I am ready for my purchase . The way I was treated was wonderful and I felt not pressured into a purchase that day, so when I am financially ready this year, I will be purchasing my Cadillac SUV from him !
