Great service.  I ordered a car from them that was in production.  They reserved it for me so i got exactly what I wanted.  Even though the car was delayed, they helped me out with transportation since I had sold my other vehicle.  

Would definitely buy from them again.
No pushy salesman, just straight up and upfront.

After my car arrived they installed my accessories same day and I was out of the dealership in an hour ready to drive.

We went to numerous dealerships prior to our purchase of a 2018 CR-V, but none of them compared to the level of expertise, professionalism, and overall care that the staff at Pauly Honda provided.  When it was time to purchase, we specifically came back to speak to our original salesman Scott Duff.  Scott was incredibly helpful and respectful of our financial situation.  At the end of the day, we felt like we walked away with a mutually agreed upon price.  We highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with Pauly Honda.

Quick service without appointment,  top off all fluids and  wash the car. However, I thing I fell not comfortable that i was told that transmission fluid was dirty and recommended to be replaced. Per my record, it was replaced 10 months ago (~11,000 miles ), how can it be dirty ? It make me wounder if all dealer's recommended services was really necessary.  Due to this reason, I also denied the recommended battery replacement, I want to have second opinion.

The service was adequate and quick. We came here to do oil changes.  The people were very kind and professional.  Moreover, there is a waiting room where people who are getting their cars serviced can sit and watch TV or even read some stuff.  There is also at least a few amenities here too.

Fantastic service. Our '02 Honda Odyssey mini van has had many troubles over the years and they have helped us immensely with friendly, fast, and affordable service. I would recommend them to any Honda owner!
