After dealing with enterprise, 4 times throughout the day with no vehicles available I was finally assured I would be able to pick up a car at the Winchester Road location . My car is in the shop due to being hit at no fault of my own and the liable parties insurance was covering my rental after a month and a half of waiting , I needed a vehicle today because I work , you know that thing you do as a responsible adult , work , job , you need a car to drive there..... So I called the Winchester location to check and see if I would be able to in fact get the car I was assured that would be ready for me at this location , the guy that answered the phone was named Kirk and he was extremely worried about getting home and leaving at 6pm . He didn't want to hear that I was coming from Winchester to retrieve the car I was promised from corporate today . He said no one will be here if you come from Winchester. I called at 5:30pm which I understand the time , after all this I asked to speak with the manager and he in fact told me she had just left , which was a lie . I do not recommend going through this location. Take your business somewhere else with a location who is willing to work and help people who are actually doing a service for people , I'm not only a Veteran but I work in health care now , and this was absolutely unacceptable the way I was treated by Kirk who was very ready to take his ass home . Thank you all for nothing , and I'll be sure to file a formal complaint with corporate tomorrow about this .

Absolutely love this enterprise. I’ve rented a truck here twice now. I haven’t dealt with renting cars/trucks much but I’ve heard it can be a headache. Ian is freaking amazing. Super personable, helpful, and knows his stuff. Highly recommend renting here.

Worse Rental Car service out here if you're wanting to just travel with your family! the rates sucks and the customer service Reps are rude. so pretty much if you didn't get in a car accident and your insurance isn't getting you  vehicle and you don't have a credit card you're screwed even if you walk in there all the credentials and one hundred thousand cash, they don't care about customer satifaction just about the money and the $200 Deposit on top of What you're already paying with the insurance you'll have to put on there as well! a lot of things not mentioned on their site what so ever!

The crew at the Winchester Road location. Are excellent people. They went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were able to get on the road for our vacation. Great job.

Good car no issues reguarding quality. Make sure you READ what they have sign. I was stuck paying an extra 146.00 in extra insurance because i trusted  the rep after our conversation where i verbally declined the additional Insurance because she told me since I have full coverage personally it would cover me but I didn't read what she had me sign and I got stuck with extra Bill.  I called and spoke with the manager after seeing my credit card bill . She said  it was too late because my rental was already over after charges to take place before I caught the error.
