I had a bad experience not once, but the 3rd  car from Enterprise. I have told them repeatedly not to rent me a car if a pet has been it, even it is right there in the computer. Why when I picked it up guess what? I had an allergic reaction, cause she lied to me and told me no pets was in the car. I get on the Highway and started having an reaction, I to stop at the nearest store to get some Benadryl. I couldn't return it back cause they had closed. My health is important then they car or my money.

I rented a car in TN and drove to KY. While there, the car had engine issues. Allie, at this location, was so extremely helpful. She put me in another vehicle within five minutes. She was even nice enough to open the trunk for my luggage. Great experience.

It was a great experience. The sales reps were very helpful and friendly. When the cars were sold out, they were able to call around and found us a car. These guys deserve a raise.

I definitely will come back to that same place whenever I visit my parents.

Enterprise is my favorite car rental.

This is the second time that I've made a reservation just to get notified later that they don't have a car available. Obviously, they have some kind issue with their reservation system that they need to address. And they wouldn't hurt if they looked up the definition of the word reservation.  This was a last chance for me. I will not even attempt to book with them again in the future and will discourage everyone that I know from doing so. There are plenty of other rental places available who are not going to give you a false reservation run around.

Every time I've rented a car here there have been issues.  The pick-up service is always late for me and never to be trusted for anything on time. I live a mile away and make arrangements to be picked up from my house (a service Enterprise markets as a value-add of their business). Not only have they never been on time, my experience has been waiting for them up to an hour and no choice but to call and remind them I need picked up. This month I made plans to drive my car to their business to avoid another bad experience being picked up because I had to make a meeting in Nashville on time. When I got there, they said they sent my confirmed car away for an oil change "30 minutes ago"'and told me it should be back in 20 or 25 minutes (after my confirmed pick-up time). I told them I had to make an appointment and needed to leave ASAP. They called the oil change place for me and found out it would be at least an hour so they sent me to another Enterprise in town to pick up a dirty car with a 1/4 tank of fuel. I have never picked up a car from them that had more than a 1/2 tank of fuel; they are understaffed and short on inventory; and I tried sending this feedback directly to Enterprise and received no response. The reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is because most of the staff there are warm and friendly.
