I needed  a  car for the weekend, the lady came an picked me up within 10 min of me calling she was friendly, an made me feel comfortable. I didn't even have to go in to finish the paperwork did everything right there.  the car was very clean an nice ran like a charm. When I returned the car everyone there were very professional checking me out quickly. It's a little pricey tho, only reason I didn't rate 5 stars.

I have been a loyal enterprise customer. In the last 3 months alone I have rented 3 vehicles for a week at a time each time. Today my vehicle tore up and I am stranded 45 minutes from home. Since I only had a debit card which could be run as credit, they demanded I have a utility bill with me. But why would I carry a utility bill around with me when I leave the house? I tried to get them to help me but they refused. They said my only option was to have someone else rent it for me in their name. If I had someone to do that why would I even need enterprise at all. I explained I'm a good customer and they flat refused to help. I contacted budget instead and used uber to drive me the 20 miles to get the rental. All while sick with a cold. I will never ever use enterprise again no matter what. If they cannot value my business any more than that, I do not need them.

Most of the time I have encountered no problems. My last rental wasn't exactly great. The vehicle smelled like cigarettes, and there was a hole worn thru the carpeting on the drivers side. There were no floor mats. Granted, it had 47k miles on it, but I was embarrassed when I picked up my Mom to go to dinner and it smelled and had so much wear. It was long past due to be retired from your fleet. I kind of feel that when I rent something it should look fairly new.. your company isn't usually like this. I prefer enterprise over all others. I told the guy about this when I returned the vehicle and it's cool, but I m hoping not to get this SUV again. I rent about two to three times a month with you.

2nd time we have picked up a car and it is dirty. This one had black dog hair all over the back and passenger seats. The windows were so nasty dirty and spotted that we had to scrub them before they were safe to drive at night with. Plus the windshield wipers need replaced. Not happy.
