Good experience overall. One issue I sometimes run into, which happens at different times, relates to the fuel level. During this rental it was near Empty and the Enterprise associates could not find the fuel card. So I was "upgraded" to a Dodge Charger, which was nice, but not the best for the snowy and icy weather at the time. I stayed safe throughout the entire week I had the vehicle and overall the rental process met my needs.

First let me say I love and have used Enterprise for years, however my most recent experience was less than good. I reserved at the location in Frankfort, KY several days in advance, this is not a location I usually use but due to my schedule it was the best option. When I arrived they told me they may not have a car for me??? I had to wait over 25 minutes for my car as they rented to several customers without reservations that had arrived just before me? I don't understand why a walk-in would take priority over a reservation? When my car was presented it was after closing time, as well as my reserved pick up time and getting dark outside, freshly returned and washed. The service manager handed me the keys and asked me to sign off in the tablet with the contract. At my normal location they walk around the car and point out damage and it is noted in the paperwork, they start the car and also verify the fuel levels. I asked about the walk around to look for damage together but I was told they had already complete the inspection during the wash and I was good to go. It wasn't until after I left and stopped for dinner that I noticed the condition of the inside of the car. It was discussing! They may have run it through a car wash but the inside had not been cleaned. I will never rent from tgis location again!

Our dealership uses them for their "loaner" service when a vehicle is in for repair. Twice we have gotten loaners from them. After the first one smelled strongly of smoke, when we needed another, my husband specifically requested one that had no smoke smell. Yet they gave us one that reeked of smoke. So bad that I took Febreze to the inside and left the windows open overnight because the smell was so awful it made me sick to my stomach. I get that they have little control over whether customers abide by the no smoking rule, but to give us one that smelled so bad after we specifically requested no smoke smell is just poor customer service.

Maggie and her Associates are great! They are always very courteous, professional, and accommodating. I called to reserve a car three weeks in advance before the week of July 4th. Even though it was crazy the Friday before the Fourth they were friendly, quick and thorough. I was in and out quickly with hardly any wait. They always go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience with their cars. I have driven away with a car that had a slight vibration in the front and turned around and came back. They apologized and had me in another vehicle quickly within a few minutes. They really are there to make sure that your experience is the best.

I rented and ford charger and returned the card, after 5 days i realized i left my sunglasses and tab holder in the card an dran to the location to see if they have found them, the Rep told she found my tab holder while cleaning the car and it was at Versailles location and will give be a call when she gets it back to Frankfort location, i never got a call and returned after 2 days and get an answer that they lost my tab holder. i was curious on how we can loose the customer stuff so soon when we found it.
