I've been dealing with these folks for quite some time, vehicles have all been great rentals, customer service has been amazing.... I would have rated 5 stars but didn't for this reason below;
They are very short staffed, which has put 2 assistant managers in a horrible mood which is therefore passed on to customers.... The last 2 times I was there, all employees were great towards me but the 2 assistant managers were hateful, short, and quite frankly rude! This I'm told is just aggravation from being short staffed!

I had a great experience in the rental of a car through Enterprise.  The staff hear in Georgetown was just the best. I have gave a couple people the phone number who were looking to rent a car. The car was awesome, that's all I can say.The backup camera, steering wheel had all kinds of features.  I will be back to their office again.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.  I broke down in town and called for a car, the woman says no problem takes all my information says we'll pick you up then says oh sorry we don't have any cars . We'll call if one comes in. (WTH????) NO  call back so I call again to get a bigger car any car, the guy says we have lots of cars,,,takes all my info says we'll be right there to get you. While standing outside waiting he calls back says oh we don't have any cars.WHAT???? THEN transfers me to another guy who again wants all my info but still no car. I gave up...5 mins later they call me, oh we found a car be right over. Finally got the car but forget calling the local place they won't answer the phone,on hold 30 mins every time I called. When I returned the car there were 3 employees working and the phone was ringing none stop but they won't answer it!!  NEVER AGAIN

Had to get a rental do to an accident. The staff here was very friendly and professional, but also very down to earth and kind hearted.
